Jayda Escobar (she/her), choreographer, is originally from Idaho and began exploring dance at 9. Continuing her studies at Boston Conservatory at Berklee, she has performed repertoire with Victor Quijada and Paul Taylor, including new creations by Brian Brooks, T. Lang, and Joy Davis. Additional performances include works by Crystal Pite and James Vivieros, among many others. Escobar is thrilled to share this collaborative piece with her fellow peer Teresa Castaneda.

Teresa Castaneda (she/her), choreographer, started dancing at 6 in San Diego, California. After ten years of ballet training under Taeko Nishino and Ryosuke Ogura, she joined Boston Conservatory at Berklee in the fall of 2019. Having performed works by Victor Quijada, T. Lang, and Joy Davis, she is on track to graduate in the spring of 2023 and looks forward to sharing this collaborative show with Jayda Escobar.
