Rhonda Rider (cello) premieres music for solo cello commissioned for her 2015 residency at the Petrified Forest National Park. These works, inspired by different aspects of the American Southwest, are composed by renowned musicians Raven Chacon, Richard Cornell, Peter Child, Ian Gottlieb, John McDonald, Eric Moe, Kurt Rohde, Elena Ruehr, Mischa Salkind-Pearl, and Laurie San Martin.
