Alumnus De'Lon Grant (M.F.A. '09, musical theater) made his Broadway debut in a starring role in Come From Away, also starring fellow alumnus Chad Kimball (B.F.A. '99, musical theater).

Amanda Yesnowitz (M.M. '96, musical theater) won the Kleban Prize in Musical Theater—one of the most prestigious and generous awards in the field. Yesnowitz’s lyrics for the 2013 musical Somewhere in Time earned her the $100,000 prize in the lyrics category.

Alumnus Liam Forde (B.F.A. '11, musical theater) will make his London stage debut in the lead role of Eugene in The Other Palace's production of Eugenius.

The Boston Globe gives a glowing review of Wheelock Family Theatre's production of In the Heights, which was "superbly directed and choreographed" by alumna and faculty member Rachel Bertone (B.F.A. '07, contemporary dance), and featured seven current Conservatory students and four alumni, with musical direction by Conservatory accompanist Dan Rodriguez.
