Tiffany Nichole Greene joined the Conservatory in 2020 and is a resident director for Hamilton: An American Musical, as well as an actor, teacher, and freelance director at theaters and educational programs nationwide. Her directing work includes Boudica (Guthrie Theater); A Raisin in the Sun (Triad Stage); Skeleton Crew (Trinity Rep); A Christmas Carol (Dallas Theater Center); Between Riverside and Crazy (SpeakEasy Stage Company); Well-Intentioned White People (Barrington Stage Company); The Wolves (Xavier University); Distracted (University of North Carolina Chapel Hill); The Danger: A Homage to Strange Fruit (The.Jack Brooklyn); Les Liaisons Dangereuses (Theatre Three); and Pipeline (Dallas Theater Center). From 2016 to 2018 she was the casting director at the Dallas Theater Center.
 
Upcoming projects include Angels in America (Pittsburgh Playhouse), Nina Simone: Four Women (Arizona Theatre Company), and the world premiere of High School Play: A Nostalgia Fest (Alley Theater).

Greene has been on the faculty at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, Xavier University, and the Collaborative Arts Project 21 (CAP21) in New York. She was a visiting teaching artist in social activist theater at Baruch College Campus High School; New York, and for many years taught in the Young Actors Summer Institute at the Tony Award winning Trinity Repertory Company. She received an M.F.A. from Brown University/Trinity Rep and trained at the Soho Rep Director’s Lab and the Lincoln Center Director’s Lab.
