Describe your favorite Berklee experience so far.

Getting the opportunity to play in a caf show!  I love the opportunity to play alongside talented musicians along with the anticipation that comes from the days leading up to the performance.

When you think about your favorite class so far, what is one example of why you enjoyed it?

The Intro to Music Business course with Ralph Jaccodine was a pivotal moment in nurturing my passion for the music industry and motivating me to pursue a major in music business management. Ralph shares invaluable, real-life insights drawn from his background in the music business, both past and present. He also introduced us to an array of industry professionals.

What is your favorite part about studying and living in Boston?

I love the city's walkability. Whether you're in the mood for shopping on Newbury Street, a walk through the Commons, study time at the Boston Public Library, everything is just a short walk or T-stop away.

What is one piece of advice you would give to someone applying to Berklee College of Music or Boston Conservatory at Berklee?

Take advantage of as many opportunities as possible.  Clubs, ensembles, there’s so much to explore within the Berklee community outside of classes.

Where is your favorite place on campus?

Studio 1 (Shames) in 160 Mass Ave. I’ve had the opportunity to be a part of some great film scoring sessions here.

Why did you choose Berklee?

As a transfer student, I picked Berklee because of the growing interest I had in music business during my time at the Conservatory. At Berklee, I could merge my passion for continuing french horn and my pursuit of music business.

What are your plans for after graduation?

My plan is to move to Los Angeles and pursue tour management. Down the road, I eventually would love to break into the A&R scene at a record label.

What have you enjoyed most about the live shows you’ve been involved in at Berklee?

I love the atmosphere that is created by everyone involved. That shared happiness and excitement that spreads through the crowd during a show is something I love.

Where do you hope to perform this coming year?

I hope I get the chance to be involved in another caf show this upcoming semester!
