The Conservatory's historic main building features:
- Three performance spaces, including Houston Hall (50 seats), Seully Hall (120 seats), and The Zack Box Theater (50 seats)

Expanded and renovated in 2010, this facility features:
- Two performance spaces: Boston Conservatory Theater (325-seat mainstage venue), Studio 401 (100-seat concert venue)
- Classrooms
- Dance Division Office
- Dance studios and rehearsal spaces
- Theater Division Office
Richard Ortner Studio Building, 132 Ipswich
Opened in 2014, the Conservatory's newest facility features:
