Refunds/Exchanges

All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds unless an event is canceled. Exchanges within the run of a production may be made for a $5 processing fee at the discretion of the ticket operations and patron services manager. Refunds will not be given for tickets that are exchanged into a lower price point than those originally purchased.

Payment

Reservations cannot be made without payment. All tickets must be paid for at the time of ordering. Boston Conservatory at Berklee Box Office accepts cash, Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express.

Discounts/Promotional Offers

Boston Conservatory at Berklee reserves the right to sell tickets at a discount via promotional or special offers. All discounts must be asked for at the time of purchase. This includes discounts for seniors, students, alumni, and WGBH members. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previously purchased tickets.

Fees

For tickets priced at $20 or less, there is a $2 per-ticket printing and processing fee applied to all orders completed online or by phone. For tickets priced at $21 or more, there is a $3 per-ticket printing and processing fee applied to all orders completed online or by phone. This fee will be added to your total cost at checkout. Tickets to Conservatory events can be purchased in advance in person at the Berklee Box Office at the Berklee Performance Center during business hours; in-person ticket purchases are not subject to the $2 or $3 per-ticket fee.

Student Rush Tickets

Student rush begins one hour prior to the scheduled event start time and takes place at the venue’s box office. Complimentary tickets (one per person with a valid school ID) for that evening’s event will be distributed as available. Student rush tickets are always first-come, first-served and based on availability. Please note that student rush for ticketed events in the Zack Box or Seully Hall are only available to Conservatory students. Student rush for Mainstage Performances are available to both Conservatory and Berklee College of Music students.

Delivery

Tickets purchased via phone or online can be printed at home or held at will call. Will call is available to pick up at the venue’s box office beginning one hour prior to the scheduled event start time. Tickets will not be mailed. Patrons should be prepared to present a valid photo ID and confirmation number when picking up will call tickets.

Accessibility and Other Assistance

All Boston Conservatory at Berklee performance venues are ADA accessible. Please advise box office staff prior to purchasing tickets when special seating is required (wheelchair, few stairs, etc.). To purchase accessible seating by phone, please contact the box office at 617-912-9222. Assisted listening devices are available at all Mainstage Performances. For questions regarding accessibility, please contact the Conservatory's ticket operations and patron services manager at 617-912-9142.

Late Seating

At most events, seating begins 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the house manager or ushers at a suitable break in the performance and in a location that is least disruptive to the performance. Late seating is not available for all performances.

Event Cancellations

If a ticketed event is canceled, the ticket operations and patron services manager will contact all ticket holders via email and phone when possible. Ticket holders will be allowed to exchange tickets for another performance within the production run or another production within the same season when possible. Exchanges must be for tickets of an equal or lesser value. If exchanging for a ticket or event with a higher price, ticket holders must pay the difference. In the event of a cancellation, refunds will be granted as necessary.

Sold-Out Events

In the event of a sold-out performance, a standby list will open one hour prior to the scheduled performance start time. Patrons must sign up in person with box office staff. Signups occur in the following locations:

  • For Boston Conservatory Mainstage Productions—31 Hemenway Street Box Office (Floor 1)
  • For Zack Box productions—8 Fenway (Basement, directly outside of the Zack Box)
  • For Seully Hall ticketed events—8 Fenway (Floor 1, directly across from security)

Standby list policies are as follows:

  • Patrons must sign up in person.
  • Patrons must provide a full name and the number of tickets desired.
  • There is a two-ticket limit per patron for Zack Box and Seully Hall events.
  • If tickets become available, the box office will begin filling standby list ticket requests 15 minutes prior to the scheduled performance start time.
    • If you are not present when your name is called, you will be moved to the bottom of the list.
    • If you pass based on the number of tickets, you will retain your place in line until tickets are available for your entire party.
