All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds unless an event is canceled. Exchanges within the run of a production may be made for a $5 processing fee at the discretion of the ticket operations and patron services manager. Refunds will not be given for tickets that are exchanged into a lower price point than those originally purchased.
Reservations cannot be made without payment. All tickets must be paid for at the time of ordering. Boston Conservatory at Berklee Box Office accepts cash, Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express.
Boston Conservatory at Berklee reserves the right to sell tickets at a discount via promotional or special offers. All discounts must be asked for at the time of purchase. This includes discounts for seniors, students, alumni, and WGBH members. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previously purchased tickets.
For tickets priced under $20, there is a $2.50 per-ticket printing and processing fee applied to all orders completed online. For tickets priced at $20 or more, there is a $4.50 per-ticket printing and processing fee applied to all orders completed online. This fee will be added to your total cost at checkout. Tickets to Conservatory events can be purchased in advance in person at the Boston Conservatory Box Office or Berklee Box Office at the Berklee Performance Center during business hours; in-person ticket purchases are not subject to the printing and processing fee.
Tickets purchased via phone or online can be printed at home, or held at will call for an addition $3 fee per order. Will call tickets are available to pick up at the venue’s box office beginning one hour prior to the scheduled event start time. Tickets will not be mailed. Patrons should be prepared to present a valid photo ID and confirmation number when picking up will call tickets.
Accessibility and Other Assistance
All Boston Conservatory at Berklee performance venues are ADA accessible. Please advise box office staff prior to purchasing tickets when special seating is required (wheelchair, few stairs, etc.). To purchase accessible seating by phone, please contact the box office at 617-912-9222. Assisted listening devices are available at all mainstage performances. For questions regarding accessibility, please contact the Conservatory's ticket operations and patron services manager at 617-912-9142.
At most events, seating begins 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the house manager or ushers at a suitable break in the performance and in a location that is least disruptive to the performance. Late seating is not available for all performances.
If a ticketed event is canceled, the ticket operations and patron services manager will contact all ticket holders via email and phone when possible. Ticket holders will be allowed to exchange tickets for another performance within the production run or another production within the same season when possible. Exchanges must be for tickets of an equal or lesser value. If exchanging for a ticket or event with a higher price, ticket holders must pay the difference. In the event of a cancellation, refunds will be granted as necessary.
Third-Party Ticket Brokers
The only way to purchase tickets for Boston Conservatory at Berklee venues is through our website, in person at either the Conservatory Box Office at 31 Hemenway Street or the Berklee Performance Center Box Office at 136 Massachusetts Avenue, or by phone at 617-912-2222.
Patrons purchasing tickets through third-party ticket brokers, such as StubHub, Ace Tickets, Craigslist, or individuals reselling their tickets, assume full risk for potentially fraudulent tickets purchased or obtained through unauthorized vendors.
If you have purchased tickets from an unauthorized ticket dealer and arrive at the venue with a fraudulent ticket unknowingly, or you arrive at your seat to find someone has been sold the same seat, Boston Conservatory at Berklee cannot honor, refund, or exchange those tickets.
