Verification and Requested Documentation

Some students are chosen to have their FAFSA information verified by the federal government or by the Conservatory. Students are usually selected randomly by the federal government, but if there is conflicting or unusual information on your FAFSA, you may be chosen by the Conservatory for that reason. An example of conflicting information is zero income information or income that is extremely low for the number of persons in the family.

What documentation do I need to provide?

What if I’m unable to use the Data Retrieval Tool or provide a Tax Return Transcript?

How do I submit verification documents, and what is the deadline for submission?
