Berklee Music Lessons Program for Adults with Autism

musicians_alt
The Berklee Institute for Accessible Arts Education, (BIAAE), is generously offering free group lessons to adults on the autism spectrum. Traditional instrument options include: Alto Saxophone, Clarinet, Flute, Trombone, or Trumpet. You can use your own instrument, you can arrange on your own to rent an instrument, or you can use a virtual or digital instrument from the Bandlab for Education platform

Lessons are free and fully virtual. Adults with autism who live anywhere can participate!

Explore and grow as independent and ensemble musicians using traditional or digital instruments during practice and group lessons. Lessons will focus on note reading, technique, and recording as participants work to record music with their peers. Participants will use Bandlab for Education (a free platform) to collaborate in an ensemble and to optionally use virtual/digital instruments.

At the end of this session, students will participate in an online ensemble performance and receive a recording.
