We accept several methods of payment for tuition and fees. You can combine any of these methods as long as you clear your balance due.
Online: Credit Card or E-check
To pay online, please make your payment by logging onto Self Service. You may either pay by credit card or electronic check (e-check). Electronic checks must be drawn on a United States bank account. MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover are accepted. Credit card payments are subject to a 2.5 percent service charge. There is no charge for EFT/electronic checks.
If you do not have access to Self Service and want to make a payment on a student's account, you can visit our alternative payment website. Payment made via the alternative payment website will be posted to the student's account the next business day. Credit card payments are subject to a 2.5 percent service charge. There is no charge for EFT/electronic checks.
Cash or Check
Cash may be brought to the Bursar's Office at 921 Boylston Street during regular office hours. Please bring exact change.
Personal checks, cashier's checks, and money orders are also accepted. All checks should be payable to Boston Conservatory at Berklee, payable in U.S. dollars, and drawn from a U.S.-based bank. Please clearly note the student's ID number on all checks. When mailing checks, be sure your payment will be received by the due date to avoid a late payment fee. Please mail checks to:
Boston Conservatory at Berklee
1140 Boylston Street
Office of the Bursar
Boston, MA 02215
If you would like to wire your payment, please use Flywire (formerly peerTransfer). Schedule your payment via the Conservatory's page on the Flywire website. Depending on your home country, the service offers one or more payment methods for you to choose from.
Please work with your 529 Plan administrator to have funds sent by the payment due date. If your benefit is through Florida Prepaid, College Illinois!, or Texas Guaranteed Tuition Plan, please contact the Bursar's Office for information specific to your plan.
Any aid administered through our Financial Aid Office is accepted as payment. Aid should be accepted by the payment due date to avoid a late payment fee. For more information about the types of aid offered, please visit the Financial Aid Office.
Since 1990, Berklee has contracted with the company Tuition Management Systems (TMS) to provide students and parents with an interest-free payment plan option. TMS allows students to pay for fall or spring semester over a five-month period as opposed to making payment in full at the start of each semester. Payment plans are available only for the fall and spring semesters. Please know that there is a per-term fee of $60 to sign up with TMS.
