We accept several methods of payment for tuition and fees. You can combine any of these methods as long as you clear your balance due.
Online: Credit Card or E-Check
To pay online, please make your payment by logging onto Self Service. You may either pay by credit card or electronic check (e-check). Electronic checks must be drawn on a United States bank account. MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover are accepted. Credit card payments are subject to a 2.5 percent service charge. There is no charge for EFT/electronic checks.
If you do not have access to Self Service and want to make a payment on a student's account, you can visit our alternative payment website. Payment made via the alternative payment website will be posted to the student's account the next business day. Credit card payments are subject to a 2.5 percent service charge. There is no charge for EFT/electronic checks.
Personal checks, cashier's checks, and money orders are also accepted. All checks should be payable to Boston Conservatory at Berklee, payable in U.S. dollars, and drawn from a U.S.-based bank. Please clearly note the student's ID number on all checks. When mailing checks, be sure your payment will be received by the due date to avoid a late payment fee. Please mail checks to:

Please work with your 529 Plan administrator to have funds sent by the payment due date. If your benefit is through Florida Prepaid, College Illinois!, or Texas Guaranteed Tuition Plan, please contact the Office of Student Accounts for information specific to your plan.
Any aid administered through our Financial Aid Office is accepted as payment. Aid should be accepted by the payment due date to avoid a late payment fee. For more information about the types of aid offered, please visit the Financial Aid Office.
As a courtesy to our degree students, we offer a flexible payment plan fall and spring semesters through our partner Nelnet Campus Commerce (Nelnet). This plan allows students and families to pay their tuition and fees in smaller installments. The plan requires a $40 enrollment fee and a deposit of one-third of the payment plan balance upon enrollment as well as automatic payments for subsequent installments.
To enroll, please log in to your student account and click on the "Nelnet Payment Plan" button. First, you will create a Nelnet account. Then, you will select Set up a Payment Plan. If a family member or sponsor is paying on your behalf, you can select "Add an Authorized Party," and your payer will receive an invitation to create a Nelnet account. Learn more about the Nelnet payment plan.
