About Kimberly Haack
Associate Vice President of Administration, Boston Conservatory at Berklee
Kimberly Haack serves as the associate vice president of administration for the Office of the Executive Director at Boston Conservatory at Berklee.
Haack joined the Conservatory in 2006 after a successful 14-year career in theater management, and served as an associate producer overseeing national and international productions of the longest-running play in the country, Shear Madness. She worked as an independent consultant in the areas of audience development and arts marketing before coming to the Conservatory to lead career and community engagement initiatives and student programming.
Haack created the role of director of external relations with then President Richard Ortner. In this capacity, she developed community programming that grew to include almost 40 percent of the student body, and launched programs such as the first collegiate autism-friendly performance in the country.
As associate vice president of administration, Haack works closely with the Conservatory’s Executive Director on strategic initiatives, merger integration and operations, and external affairs partnerships and programming. She continues to work on key partnerships in New York City, including both the dance and musical theater senior showcases in the spring semester.
