The Albert Alphin Library at Boston Conservatory at Berklee is home to more than 50,000 books, scores, plays, DVDs, and reference materials relating to the performing arts. Both Conservatory and Berklee College of Music students, staff, faculty, and alumni are welcome to check out materials to take home. In addition to classical, theatrical, and dance materials, the library has a quiet room for dedicated study and a small computer lab. Patrons are also welcome to use our printers, copiers, and scanners. Reference assistance and interlibrary loan services are available at the circulation desk.
Visitation is welcome, but we ask that all visitors not directly affiliated with the Berklee community, including those in the ProArts Consortium and nearby area schools, request an appointment by phone or email. A full description of our facility and its hours can be found on The Albert Alphin Library web page.
Additional information on electronic resources, general library policies, and our other services (such as Library Instruction) can be found on our main library website.
