Boston Conservatory at Berklee's graduate choral conducting program prepares you to lead a group of individual artists and inspire them to work as an ensemble to create music that is greater than themselves. Additionally, the Voice/Opera Department offers degrees in voice performance, opera performance, and vocal pedagogy.
Conservatory music majors may pursue a minor in Africana Studies, to examine in detail how the African diaspora continues to shape the performing arts and cultures around the world.

“The choral conducting program at Boston Conservatory is top notch. During my two years, I made astronomical leaps in my rehearsal and conducting technique, awareness of diverse programming potential, and score-study skills, and I also made lifelong connections with colleagues who I still collaborate with regularly in the professional world.”
—Ben Perry (MM '20, choral conducting)
