Have you ever wanted to study the Alexander Technique? Are you looking for a way to improve your performance, gain more ease, and generally enjoy life and music-making more?
Students are invited to spend one-two weeks acquiring the tools that make up this valuable technique. Students will immerse themselves in all-day classes at Boston Conservatory to learn Alexander Technique and how to increase their freedom in movement, balance, and coordination. In addition to earning Professional Development Points (PDPs), participants will become familiar with the basic principles of Alexander Technique and learn to access these tools in their daily lives. No previous experience is necessary.
This course can be taken on its own or as part of the Alexander Technique Teacher Training Course at Boston Conservatory at Berklee.

Anyone with an interest in the Alexander Technique.
