Boston Conservatory offers a variety of summer programs for elementary- and middle school-aged students who have an interest in the performing arts.

Born to Perform! Summer Youth Musical Theater Program

For middle-school students, entering grades 6-9, who want to explore the world of musical theater in a fun and nurturing environment where everyone gets to perform! The one-week program offers a daily rotation of classes in music, dance, and acting, as well as group activities, afternoon rehearsals, and a group performance at the end of the week.

Boston Conservatory at Kingsley

For the first time, Boston Conservatory and Kingsley Montessori School partner to host a week-long immersive experience in musical theater, technology, and art. Students ages 7-11 will delve into the whimsical literature of Roald Dahl with Boston Conservatory’s world-renowned musical theater program and Kingsley’s innovative art and technology curriculum.

Program Details

Boston Public Schools Summer Music Program

This 12-day program is specially designed for Boston public middle school and high school instrumentalists and vocalists. Through intensive ensemble work, focused workshops, and sectionals/ear training/musicianship classes, students in this program will continue to develop their musical skills in a supportive and demanding environment. The program concludes with a celebration concert for parents and friends.
