Maddy Poston

Maddy Poston (she/her) is an audio engineer serving as the A1 for Boston Conservatory at Berklee. She is responsible for all audio operations of the Mainstage Theater, including but not limited to mixing line-by-line musicals, operating audio and video playback for dance concerts, and maintaining and successfully operating the mainstage audio system for all events. She is also a freelance audio engineer in Boston and the New England area. Prior to her current position at the Conservatory, Poston served at the A1 at The Spotlight Theatre in Moline, Illinois and edited several podcasts. She interned at Women’s Audio Mission in 2020 and has been a member of SoundGirls and Audio Engineering Society (AES) since 2019. She holds a BS in audio production and technology from Michigan Technological University.
