Boston Conservatory at Berklee’s Spring Concert 'Limitless' Features New Masterworks from Renowned Choreographers

Boston Conservatory at Berklee’s Dance Division will present its spring concert, Limitless, from April 27 through 30, at the Boston Conservatory Theater. The concert will feature Conservatory dance students.

The program will include an array of iconic masterworks by renowned choreographers, along with new works created especially for Conservatory students. The program will include How to Pass Kick Fall and Run by Merce Cunningham, Why You Follow by Ronald K. Brown, accompanied by the Berklee Limitless Ensemble under the direction of Berklee College of Music alumnus Jacques Schwarz-bart ’94, and Happy Little Things (Waiting on a Gruff Cloud of Wanting) by Aszure Barton. Yury Yanowsky will also present a world premiere at the concert.

“Limitless celebrates the accomplishments of our Boston Conservatory students as the academic year comes to a close,” said Cathy Young, dean of dance and Limitless artistic director. “This performance will present our students in contemporary iconic masterworks by Merce Cunningham, Ronald K. Brown, and Aszure Barton, as well as new choreography created for them by Yury Yanowsky, formerly of Boston Ballet.”

Evening performances will take place April 27 through 29 at 8:00 p.m.; matinees will take place on April 29 and 30 at 2:00 p.m. All performances will be held at the Boston Conservatory Theater, located at 31 Hemenway Street in Boston, MA.  

Tickets for Limitless are $30 for premium seating; $25 for regular seating; $25–$20 for senior citizens, Conservatory alumni, and WGBH members; $20–$15 for students.

In Person: Tickets to Boston Conservatory at Berklee events may be purchased in person at the Berklee Box Office, located at the Berklee Performance Center, 136 Massachusetts Avenue, Monday through Saturday, between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Beginning one hour prior to the performance start time, tickets may be purchased in person directly at the venue where the event is taking place. All day-of ticket sales are subject to availability.
