Requesting Photography for Your BCB Event
Boston Conservatory at Berklee (BCB) Marketing and Communications manages the acquisition, management, and usage of BCB photography. Any official photography captured at BCB must be coordinated through the BCB Marketing and Communications Office to ensure we are following a consistent contracting process and using institutionally approved contractor agreements.
Professional event photographers are available to hire for a minimum of $200 an hour. Student photographers may also be available to take photos for events. Faculty or staff seeking photography services should fill out this form. If the request is approved, the BCB Marketing team will manage hiring the photographer.
Requesting Access to BCB Photos
Boston Conservatory’s photography library is available to view on Flickr. Images are available to students, faculty, and staff for personal/portfolio use only. If you would like access to hi-res photos from this library for your professional portfolio, please follow these instructions:
- Identify images you would like access to on Flickr.
- Fill out BCB’s Photography Request and Usage form.
- Be patient and wait to receive photos. Marketing processes requests in the order in which they are received.
