When and where is the event?
The Soirée will be held on Monday, April 6, 2026, at the Mandarin Oriental hotel, located at 776 Boylston Street, Boston, Massachusetts. The event will take place from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Please see note below for valet and self-park parking location.)
How do I purchase seats, tables, or a sponsorship?
Visit our

donate in lieu of attendance. For more information, please contact Greg Gordon at

How do I register my guests?
All guests are registered by name, and there will be no physical tickets. Please email Dassi Lipnick
at dlipnick@berklee.edu to send in your guest names.
What does the event support?
Event proceeds support student scholarships for Boston Conservatory at Berklee’s talented dance, music, and theater students.
What should I wear?
Please come dressed in your most creative and festive cocktail attire!
What is the event schedule?
The cocktail reception begins at 6:00 p.m., followed by dinner, the program, and dessert and dancing at the end of the night.
Is there parking?
Complimentary valet parking will be available at the entrance of the hotel. Guests may pull up to the main entrance for valet service. Upon arrival, they will receive a valet ticket to present when retrieving their vehicle at the end of the evening. Parking validation stickers will be available at the registration desk.Self-parking is also available in the area, including at the Prudential Center garage and street parking on Newbury Street.
The Mandarin Oriental is also accessible by public transportation and is a short walk from the Hynes Convention Center stop on the MBTA Green Line, as well as the MBTA bus routes 55, 57, 1, 39, 504, 9, and BB.
What if I have a food allergy?
If you or your guests have dietary restrictions, please email Dassi Lipnick at dlipnick@berklee.edu by Monday, March 30. We will do our absolute best to accommodate your dietary needs.
What if I have mobility issues?
The Mandarin Oriental Hotel is ADA-compliant. If you or a member of your party are in need of specific accommodations, please email Dassi Lipnick at dlipnick@berklee.edu, and we will be happy to assist. Can I book a room at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel for the event?

Yes! We are so grateful for your support. You may make your gift on our
secure website.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Many donations to the Soirée are tax-deductible. Gifts in lieu of attendance and Fund-a-Future donations are 100% tax-deductible. For attendees purchasing seats and tables, the majority of your gift is tax-deductible, as the fair market value of nondeductible goods and services received at the Soirée is $250 per attendee. Boston Conservatory at Berklee is an exempt organization as described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our EIN is 04-2300472.
