Thank you for joining us for Boston Conservatory at Berklee's Soirée! As you prepare for the event, we've compiled answers to some of our most frequently asked questions:
When and where is the event?
The Soirée will be held on Monday, March 31, 2025, at Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport at 450 Summer Street, Boston, MA 02210. The event will take place from 6:30 p.m.–10:30 p.m. (Please see note below for valet and self-park parking location.)
How do I purchase seats, tables, or a sponsorship?
Visit our event website for information on purchasing seats at the event and sponsorship opportunities. For more information about purchasing a table or attending the event, please see the Soirée One-Sheet. You can also support the event and donate in lieu of attendance. How do I register my guests?
All guests are registered by name and there will be no physical tickets. Please email Dassi Lipnick to send in your guest names.
What does the event support?
Event proceeds support the Richard Ortner Thrive Scholarship Fund and Boston Conservatory at Berklee's talented dance, music, and theater students.
What should I wear?
Please come dressed in your most creative and festive cocktail attire!
What is the event schedule?
The cocktail reception begins at 6:30 p.m., followed by dinner and the program at 7:30 p.m., and then dessert and dancing at 9:30 p.m.
Is there parking?
Complimentary valet and self-parking will be available at the garage adjacent to the hotel, which has direct sky bridge access into the hotel lobby. Guests should enter at 7 World Trade Center Avenue for access to parking. Please do NOT access the garage through the Congress Street entrance, as there will not be staff there to direct guests. Parking validation stickers will be available at the registration desk. Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport is also accessible by public transportation and is closest to the Number 7 MBTA bus and the World Trade Center stop on the MBTA Silver Line.
What if I have a food allergy?
If you or your guests have dietary restrictions, please email Dassi Lipnick by Monday, March 21. We will do our absolute best to accommodate your dietary needs.
What if I have mobility issues?
Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport is ADA-compliant. If you or a member of your party are in need of specific accommodations, please email Dassi Lipnickand we will be happy to assist.
What is the Covid-19 mask policy?
While masks are optional at Berklee events, we encourage guests to make decisions based on what is best for their personal health and comfort. Berklee does not have any vaccination or testing requirements for event attendees at this time. Anyone experiencing potential COVID-19 symptoms should not attend Berklee events. Please take a moment to review our full event policy.
I cannot attend. Can I still make a donation?
Yes! We are so grateful for your support. You may make your gift on our secure website.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Many donations to the Soirée are tax deductible. Gifts in lieu of attendance and Fund-a-Future donations are 100% tax-deductible. For attendees purchasing seats and tables, the majority of your gift is tax-deductible, as the fair market value of nondeductible goods and services received at the Soirée is $200 per attendee. Boston Conservatory at Berklee is an exempt organization as described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our EIN is 04-2300472.
