Performance Services Staff

Alison Pugh (she/her) is a costume designer, technician, and visual artist serving as the costume shop manager at Boston Conservatory at Berklee. 

Matthew Carey (he/him) is an administrator/musician, serving as the coordinator of concert production.

Goran Daskalov, a 2018 graduate of Boston Conservatory at Berklee, became a full-time audio and video technician with the Conservatory’s Performance Technology team in spring 2022.

Rebecca Donald (she/her) is an arts educator/administrator, serving as the assistant director of production for Boston Conservatory at Berklee.

Kendall Floyd (she/her) is a performer and arts administrator and serves as the production manager for the Concert Production team at Boston Conservatory at Berklee

Luis Herrera Albertazzi (he/him) is a percussionist and an arts administrator currently working at Boston Conservatory at Berklee as assistant director of concert services.

Taylor Kaufman (she/her) is a technical director, production manager, lighting designer, and intimacy consultant, serving as the technical director for Boston Conservatory since 2022.

Hanna Oravec (she/her) is a performing arts producer and administrator, currently serving as the director of performance services for the Boston Conservatory at Berklee.

Sara Pagiaro (she/her) is a video and audio technician at Boston Conservatory at Berklee, serving on the Performance Technology team.

Maddy Poston (she/her) is an audio engineer serving as the A1 for Boston Conservatory at Berklee.

Andrei Radu graduated with the class of 2023 at Berklee College of Music. He currently serves as a performance technology specialist at Boston Conservatory at Berklee.

Zachary Sayre (he/him) is a staff assistant stage manager for Boston Conservatory at Berklee.
