The premier series will feature four performances showcasing the Conservatory’s student talent across dance, music, and theater.

The Center Stage selection will feature world premieres from guest artists and Boston Conservatory dance faculty members.

The artists bring a wide range of expertise across dance, music, and theater, including commercial dance, ethnomusicology, musical theater, and more.

The four fall performances include several regional and world premieres.

Thirteen dance students will perform four times throughout the convention, including opening for Saturday night’s star-studded concert.

The Center Stage concert will feature four masterwork reconstructions and a world premiere from an acclaimed guest choreographer.

Boston Conservatory at Berklee Executive Director Cathy Young will present honorary doctorates in person to Wilkins and virtually to Stokes during the Conservatory’s commencement on Saturday, May 7.

The new credit-bearing course and KCON performance opportunity is made possible by the generous support of the CJ Cultural Foundation and comes just in time for the Conservatory’s commercial dance degree program.
