Boston Conservatory Alumni Committee

The Boston Conservatory Alumni Committee (BCAC) is a group of Boston-based alumni organized to foster connections and maintain relationships between the Conservatory and our alumni community. The primary purpose of this committee is to engage alumni in various activities, playing a vital role in strengthening the alumni network by supporting recent graduates through community, connection, and alumni events. BCAC connects alumni to the Conservatory and to each other in ways that enrich both communities.

Committee Membership

BCAC serves as the heart of the Boston Conservatory alumni community. As ambassadors for the school, members keep current with recent happenings and inspire others to engage with the Conservatory. The ideal candidates are alumni who are enthusiastic about increasing personal and peer alumni engagement, have a strong desire to promote and advance the mission of Boston Conservatory, and are interested in actively collaborating with the broader Conservatory and Berklee alumni communities. BCAC represents alumni from all divisions and graduation years.

Responsibilities

The committee meets quarterly in Boston, and membership is a flexible time commitment and works well within busy schedules. Members make a one-year renewable commitment of service.

  • Participate in three out of four of the committee meetings per year in person or virtually.
  • Participate in committee initiatives such as helping to host alumni events and contributing to alumni communications by engaging fellow alumni.
  • Lead initiatives to increase and strengthen alumni networks in Boston and key geographical areas.
