As a lifelong mover, I take pride in being a fully embodied performer. I incorporate many movement modalities into my teaching, helping students work with their bodies’ natural patterns to find a deeper understanding of self, both onstage and off.
Holly Bourdon Faust joined Boston Conservatory at Berklee in 2024 as an assistant professor of theater, specializing in jazz dance.
Faust is a native of Boston and has been working in education and professional dance and theater for close to a decade. She has worked with Tufts University (codirector/fight choreographer for Twelfth Night: A Musical Adaptation), University of Massachusetts Lowell (director, And Then There Were None), St. John’s Preparatory School (director, Eurydice; fight choreographer, She Kills Monsters), Lynnfield High School (director/choreographer for Mean Girls; choreographer for Mamma Mia!, Bye Bye Birdie, Footloose, Oklahoma!), and Newton South High School (choreographer for 9 to 5, Something Rotten). She has recently performed with Eventual Dance Company at Jacob’s Pillow, and was a permanent cast member for The Donkey Show: A Midsummer Night’s Disco at American Repertory Theater for four years.
Faust holds a dual Bachelor of Arts in theater and dance performance studies from Roger Williams University and a Master of Fine Arts in musical theater from Boston Conservatory at Berklee. She currently lives in Boston with her husband, Ted, with whom she performs in an acoustic duo called Holly & Faust.
