Emily Jerant-Hendrickson joined the Conservatory in 2024 and is an assistant professor of dance. She has been a collaborator with little house dance since 2016 and also has danced professionally in works by David Parker and the Bang Group, Lorraine Chapman the Company, Boston Dance Theater, Marcus Schulkind, Shura Baryshnikov, Jenna Pollack, Ilya Vidrin, and Daniel McCusker. Jerant-Hendrickson has had the pleasure of performing at venues and through organizations such as b12 festival in Berlin, World Music/CRASHarts, the Institute of Contemporary Art, Boston Lyric Opera, the Yard, Boston Center for the Arts, the Museum of Fine Arts, APAP at City Center, 92nd Street Y, the Ailey Citigroup Theater, and the Martha Graham Theater, among others. She has also presented her own work at b12 festival in Berlin, Arts on Site NYC, Manhattan Movement Arts, Gibney Dance Center NYC, Green Street Studios, and Boston Conservatory. In addition to performing, Jerant-Hendrickson has also been a rehearsal director and teacher for little house dance, Lorraine Chapman the Company, Jenna Pollack, Ilya Vidrin, and CoGRAVITY Dance. She is an alum of Springboard Dance Montreal and Summer Stages Dance. She is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (500-hour level) and teacher training coach, and holds a BFA in dance from Boston Conservatory.
