About the Artists
Featured Guest
Maya Giles, poet, earned a B.M. in violin performance and a minor in screen scoring from Boston Conservatory at Berklee under the tutelage of Lynn Chang. As a multidisciplinary artist, Giles is interested in redefining the image of Euro-classical music in the 21st century. Her artist project, AYAM, challenges the boundaries that divide European classical music and its intersection of today’s contemporary music through original music and performances that sit on the intersection between tradition and technology. Learn more about Giles and AYAM at ayammayaartist.com.
