Submit Your Materials for Class Photo and Video montage by April 9
Submit your headshot by April 9 to be included in the 2024 class photo using this form. You are also encouraged to submit photos or brief video clips that capture your favorite memories during your time here, which will be included in a video montage during the commencement ceremony.
Cap and Gown Pickup: Week of April 29
Starting Monday, April 29 through Friday, May 3, between 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. graduating students will need to pick up their cap and gown at the Berklee Bookstore. Caps and gowns will not be available at Berklee Performance Center.
To designate someone else for cap and gown pickup between April 29 and May 3, the graduating student must fill out this designation formby Thursday, April 25.
On Saturday, May 11, graduating students must arrive “robed and ready” (wearing their cap, gown, and hood).

Tickets
If you applied for and indicated participation in the May 2024 commencement ceremony, tickets to the commencement ceremony will be sent to your Berklee email address on April 8 via Etix.
You will need to forward each of your three tickets individuallyto each of your guests.View instructions on how to forward your commencement tickets to your guests.
