Julia and Elease grew up as best friends—that was, until their teenage years. As friends do, they grew apart, had a falling out, and have hated each other ever since. Now Julia is drowning in depression and bad ideas; Elease had a picture perfect life until she got thrown out on her own. After running into each other at a party and still being able to see through the other’s facade, they decide to try and help each other get their lives back together.‌

To Make You Love Me is a multiscreen filmic experience cetered around suicidal ideation, toxic ambition, and public perception. The story explores a relationship to death and how when the water is rising, there is no way out, only through.
