The eminent Russian pianist Sofya Gulyak was catapulted into musical celebrity in 2009, when she became the first woman ever to win the gold medal at the Leeds International Competition. Since then, she has appeared to great acclaim with major orchestras and conductors throughout Europe, Asia, and the US. Her brilliant program will focus on “Liszt and his Dances.”
Piano Masters Series is artistically directed by Michael Lewin and part of Boston Conservatory at Berklee’s Artistry in Action Series.
