Artistry in Action: Single Reed Weekend—Clarinet Solo Competition Finalist Performance
Boston Conservatory at Berklee Single Reed Weekend’s solo clarinet competition offers prospective undergraduate and graduate students a chance to win a full-tuition scholarship to Boston Conservatory, covering the entire duration of their chosen program.
In this round of the competition, five selected finalists perform live for a panel of judges that include artist-clinicians Yehuda Gilad and Tibi Cziger, and Boston Conservatory’s Chair of Instrumental Studies, Matthew Marsit.
Each participant will perform approximately 15 minutes of music that includes a single concerto movement and solo selection of their choosing. Panelist Yehuda Gilad will present the winner at the start of the evening's Artist Recital.
Single Reed Weekend is part of Boston Conservatory at Berklee’s Artistry in Action series.
