Esteemed faculty of Boston Conservatory at Berklee—Judith Eissenberg, Anne Howarth, Patrice Jackson, Katie Lansdale, Matthew Marsit, and Rhonda Rider—collaborate with special guests Mark Berger of the Lydian String Quartet and Ricardo Sardiñas (PSC '25) to perform works by Ravel, Likhuta, and Schubert, showcasing their artistic talents.
Critically acclaimed soloist, chamber musician, and pedagogue Scott Kluksdahl will present a cello recital with his brilliant duo partner, pianist Noreen Polera. The program will feature T.J. Anderson’s Spirit Songs.
Mezzo-soprano Fanny Lora and pianist Alexandra Lutkevich present a captivating program celebrating classical works by trailblazing Latin American women composers featuring a poignant song cycle by Boston-based composer Omar Najmi, set to the evocative poetry of Boston’s 2020 Youth Poet Laureate Alondra Bobadilla.
Boston Conservatory at Berklee Alexander Technique instructor Debi Adams is joined by fellow AT instructor Michael Serio for a full program of four-hand piano music. This year, the performance will highlight lesser-known works by Bolcom, Bonis, Miranda, Ligeti, and more.
As part of the Artistry in Action concert series, the Boston Conservatory Faculty Quartet performs Brahms’s clarinet quintet and piano quintet with clarinetist Jan Halloran and pianist Jonathan Bass.
Boston Conservatory faculty members Sarah Brady, Robert Sheena, Jan Halloran, Margaret Phillips, and Anne Howarth present a Faculty Wind Quintet recital. Repertoire will include the world premiere of a Boston Conservatory commission by Dan VanHassel.
