Success advisors are available for in-person appointments, as well as virtual appointments via Zoom. All in-person appointments will be held in the Center for Student Success located at 939 Boylston Street (accessible via 921 Boylston Street, 3rd floor). If you schedule a virtual appointment, you will receive an email invitation thatwill include a link to "Join Zoom."

Berklee College of Music students can find out who their student success advisor is by following these steps:
Log into my.berklee.edu
Click on "Academics" in the menu, then click "Registration Profile"
Boston Conservatory students can find out who their student success advisor is by following these steps:
Log into SelfService
Click on "Classes" tab and then click "Schedule"
In the text view, the advisor will appear at the bottom of your schedule

Make an appointment with your student success advisor.

Please remember that, while your student success advisor is able to provide a wide range of academic support, questions that relate to specific elements of your major should be directed to your major department.
